I am an independent licensed home inspector in Maryland. I do radon testing. I do not do radon mitigation and I am not associated with any radon mitigation companies. I have no reason to inflate the results of the test in an attempt to sell you other equipment.
I am NEHA-NRPP certified. I use some of the most accurate and reliable testing equipment known. Hire me to test your home for radon and I'll give you accurate results. No bull-promised.
The short term radon testing process takes 2 - 3 days. Long term testing can also be arranged. Long term testing is a minimum of 90 days. Both services include deployment and retrieval of equipment, lab work (if needed), and results delivery. My rate for radon testing is $125. If included with a home inspection fee, the rate is $90.
